Maybe you’re waiting on someone to change. Maybe you’re waiting on a better job. Maybe you’re waiting for money to come in or on circumstances to change. Whatever it is, most of us despise waiting. We look for ways to avoid it. Yet God’s word is full of verses encouraging us to wait on Him. Sometimes a period of waiting is just what our heart needs. Waiting on the Lord never disappoints. The more we meditate on the glory of God, the more our faith grows; the more our faith grows the more we respond to life with hope and courage.
