REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRINTS:
Due to the nature of digital prints, no refunds or exchanges can be issued once downloaded.
REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRINTS:
If you've received one of our products in the mail and it doesn't meet the quality you expected then send us a picture within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue. If it's a printing issue or it was damaged during the shipping process we'll issue a reprint. If you'd rather have a refund we understand and will issue a refund right away. However, we always love the opportunity to fix any errors.
